To our new customers

Welcome to The Modern School of Soccer. Before you register your child,

we would like to point out a few important things about the first lesson.

His/her first class is a try-out lesson. If you decide to join the course,

it will be charged as your first lesson. If you are not sure about the course fees,

please call our office at (718) 204-8534. Registration forms (filled out, signed and

dated) and appropriate fees should be given to our coaches before the

beginning of your second class.

If you attend two try-out lessons and decide not to join, you will be charged

for both lessons!

You will not be charged any fee if you decide not to join the course.

Only one try-out lesson is allowed.

If your child attends a try-out lesson and you decide to sign him up

.for the next season, your lesson will be free of charge.

To our current customers

Thank you for choosing our school again. Due to many registration and payment

delays experienced in past courses, we would like to ask all our customers

to fill out the forms and return them to our coaches along with the appropriate

fees before the beginning of your second class.

This will make it easier for the staff.

We would like to point out that a free try-out lesson (as described above)

applies only to new customers that have never registered before.

Therefore, a charge will apply if your child attends one or more lessons

even if you decide not to register for this course.

We thank you for your help and understanding and we hope as always

that you all enjoy our soccer lessons.

Important notice to all the customers

We would like to underscore the importance of class attendance,

whether or not the class has been paid. There will be no refunds made

(or discounts for those who have not already paid) for lessons which have

been missed. Exception will be made exclusively for those who communicate

an anticipated absence in advance BEFORE REGISTRATION.

Only in this case will a discount for the class missed be made.

In order for your child to participate in the day’s lesson, payment must be made,

and all registration forms completed BEFORE the second soccer lesson.

This also applies to those students joining in mid-course.

Important weather notice

The Modern School of Soccer will not be using the Automated Weather Line

during the indoor courses (Fall, Winter & Late Winter/Early Spring)

to inform customers of inclement weather cancellation.

In the event that we will need to cancel due to a strong snow storm or blizzard,

the main office will contact you at least 2 hours before the class is scheduled

to begin.
